Also it allows you to have to make the awkward keto orders face to face. You don’t have to say “no bun” and “no ketchup.” Just simply choose everything you want to order and submit it. Then you just pull up to the drive-thru window or walk up to the counter and tell them your order numbers. They hand you a bag and you are good to go. How amazing is that?

Coffee is a great appetite suppressant. If someone is unable to get to a meal they simply need something that will hold them off for a couple hours before their next meal. For many people, a cup of coffee can do this. Just get a cup of coffee with some cream (not too much) and that will hold you over until you are able to get home and prepare your next meal.
